Corporate type of lets are extremely common and have been in practice for decades - this will be a completely legal arrangement. Subletting occurs when a tenant lets a property traditionally under an Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) and then seeks to underlet the property without prior consent. However, in this type of arrangement, we will be taking on the property under a Management Agreement, with knowledge of all parties involved, which is a perfectly legal arrangement.
