About Us

Nuovo Lettings was set up by a team of experienced investors and landlords who have invested in property nationwide. We found that after building and developing our property portfolio, we were losing our returns through expensive finding fees and management charges. 

With the growing number of local letting agents and our time consuming lives, we were forced to go to local letting agents to ensure our properties were appropriately tenanted and managed. Having experienced the management and service of some letting agents with numerous properties on their books, we recognised they had little incentive to stay on top of managing our properties appropriately.

It was then we spotted our gap in the market and there it was, Nuovo Lettings was born. Offering a complete hands off management service which accounts for maintenance, management and rent collection with no fees, we essentially created what is every landlords dream. We let the property from you and become your perfect tenant.

Being experienced investors and landlords ourselves, we know first hand that being a landlord comes with many hurdles and it is never as simple as it looks. We've seen it all from nightmare tenants, rent arrears, and never ending maintenance costs which is why we want to help others.
